Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has dubbed his teammate Marcus Rashford ‘the Prince of England’ as the forward celebrated his 23rd birthday.

Rashford has rightly received plaudits for his performance on and off the field at United this season.

The England international came off the bench during the midweek

Champions League

win against RB Leipzig to score a hat-trick just days after his petition to extend the free school meals scheme reached over 1m signatures.

Rashford, born and raised in Wythenshawe, has rallied support in his bid to take on the government in the fight to provide free meals for deprived school children and his efforts were recognised with an MBE last month.
